How to opt out of Auto Renewal
To automatically renew your contract, for an additional 1 year, and maintain your current pricing
at contract expiration, no action is required.
If you wish to opt out of auto renewal prior to your contract expiration date, you will receive a
price increase of 10% 30 days following the expiration of your service commitment and your
service commitment will be month to month. Your services will continue but maybe subject to
change.
Opt out
1. Sign in to Verizon Enterprise Center
2. The Manage Auto Renewal page will be displayed.
3. Check the box in the Service Identifier field for the services you wish to opt out.
Note, if no services are shown in the Manage Auto Renewal dashboard, you don’t have any
services that are enrolled in Auto Renewal. Additionally, service(s) that show as ‘Not Eligible’ are
not enrolled in auto renewal and can’t be opted out. For services listed as ‘Eligible’ you may opt
out at any time but will not be able to opt out if the service has less than 7 days remaining under term.
4. Once you have selected the services to opt out, click the opt out button in the upper right
above the list of services.
5. Follow the series of prompted screens to opt out:
a. Confirm you are authorized to opt out of auto renewal – this is a price impacting
legally binding consent.
b. Review the service(s) selected
c. Confirm the opt out selections
Note, once a service has been opted out, it cannot be reverted back to Auto Renewal.
6. You’ll receive an email confirming the opt out was successful.
Note, If no error message appears in the VEC during the opt out process, the selection has been
accepted and the dashboard will update within 24 hours. Once updated the Managed Auto
Renewal Dashboard will reflect those services as ‘Pending Opt-out’. The status will reflect
‘Opted-out’ when the contract expiration data is reached.
