View an inventory of your services and equipment

View and manage all of your Verizon products, services and equipment in one place on Verizon Enterprise Center.

View your inventory

1. Log in to Verizon Enterprise Center

2. Select Service > View inventory

Search or filter for specific services

You can search or filter your inventory to easily find a specific product or service. 

 

3. Search:  search by the address or service ID or select another option from the drop-down menu

 

 

4. Filter: click to easily filter your inventory or sort your services using the left-hand navigation

 

 

You can filter by:

 

  • Service: to view services by product family
  • Service groups: to see the custom service groups created by your primary contact
  • Location: to view your services in a specific country, state or region
  • Managed services: to see your services managed by Verizon

5. Click + next to a service identifier to see additional information. From this screen, you can quickly:

 

  • Create a change or service request
  • Move, add, change or disconnect the service
  • View or change your site access hours
  • Create a repair ticket to report an issue you’re experiencing
  • Perform circuit testing
  • View any of your alarms, events or previous tickets

 

6. Click View Inventory Details for more detailed information. This option is available only for particular services

 

Download a copy of your inventory

7. Click to export a csv file of your filtered inventory list

8. Select Service > Service inventory reports

 

9. Select the type of report you'd like to run from the drop-down or click  on top of the drop-down to select everything:

 

  • Access Detail Report
  • Service Detail report
  • Managed Service Details Report
  • PVC-EVC Details Report
  • Scheduled Events Report

 

10. Enter any additional filters

11. Click Generate Now  to send a link to the report to your email address 

 

- Or - 

 

12. Click Create Subscription to create a recurring report

13. Select how often and how long you want the report to be run and click Save Subscription

14. Rename the subscription and Save your changes
