Update your password or secret question options to keep your account secure.

Change your password or secret question

1. Log in to Verizon Enterprise Center

2. Select your name in the top right corner and select My role

3. Under Profile Information, click Change password OR Change secret question

4. Click Edit to update your password or secret question. To keep your account secure, you'll be prompted to enter a One-Time Passcode sent to your phone or email before making any changes
